Monaco

Monaco is a Principality situated on the southern coast of France and it is a constitutional monarchy. Monaco is a very compact geographical area as it only covers 1.95 square kilometres. According to the US Census Bureau international database, there were 31,693 inhabitants in Monaco in 2000. 

There were 22,000 internet users in Monaco (representing 66.7% of the population) in December 2009, according to Internet World Stats. This was up by 214.3% compared to 2000. (Internet World Stats, April 2010)
